Some reports also claim that multiple exchange operations connected to this network were concentrated in a shared office space in Moscow City’s Federation Tower. These claims also suggest the presence of associated individuals, including Yuriy Kvashonkin, described in some sources as a business partner or nominee manager involved in related corporate structures.

Certain publications further allege that ABCeX processed significant volumes of cryptocurrency transactions through OTC desks.
